@missmep1 I know someone who swam until her seventh month.Did the butterfly too (of course,she was an ex-competitive swimmer.) She gained twenty-six pounds and lost all but five of it when she had her son.

@jacobandsarahdemont1 Breast feeding burns a lot of calories, so will taking care of ur baby. Eating healthy, drinking 64oz + of water will help. Working out will also help you in many ways. I am trying to get to 110lbs and then get pregnant so I wont be so big. Right now I am over weight, but i've lost 45lbs already
