@frazerbw Honestly ask God to come into your life and He will be with you, but if you doubt and think it's stupid, then you will miss out in the greatest thing you can ever experience. Oh, and God is awesome. If you are scared of singing "hymnals" in church, then you have the wrong idea about God... (not dissing on hymnals of course. I just prefer to worship God in a modern way!)

As a Christian who loves all of God's creation, I was truly blessed by the spiritual experience of watching this video. I plan to do 2 productions called "God, Music and the Wonders of Creation". It involves a combination of Christian music, creation related scripture and photography of nature in what we hope will be a unique program of praise to God and his creation..

Also hell was made up by priests to bring about fear so they could control. Hell translates from the Hebrew word sheol meaning common grave of man. sjokle7 i think mymusicoz and ozonegirl answered your question. God IS there for us, and does want us to trust and love Him, however, he wants it to be on our own terms. For this he gives us free will. unfortunately our free will resulted in more negative than positive results in the world (generally speaking) but for God to put his hand in the way and "force" our actions is against his own decision to give us free will, i don't consider myself extremely religious but i guess i am "spiritual"
