  • God bless you.

  • @cheeseaura lol

  • @cheeseaura naw, if your still hanging on these old claims then you wouldnt understand a word i had to say anyways lol btw he would say the same shit if he actually cared but have fun with this

  • When you file a counter claim the person/s responsible for filing the DMCA take down notice has 30 days to deliver a summons to appear acknowledging willingness to go to court, to YouTube and you.

If no such document appears the video is reinstated.

So I assume either the video got auto removed via content screening OR they just wanted to drag the 30 day deadline to its limit.

  • @Connected2U2 Also, just to point out, this is a tactic used by Fox news, the recent one I remember was Fox news anchor Charles Leaf being charged with child porn.

Fox filed DMCA take down notices, waited the 30 days, then fax in the papers, resulting in the videos not getting reinstated.

Then a court date that was 6+months away,+the 30 days that passed, only to drop the case a few days before trial.

Trying to save face by hiding a story for a month or 8, that paints them in a bad light.

  • @cheeseaura how many times has this shit been debunked? lol

  • WTF. See textbook example? You just ramble on and on. Give us actual examples...

  • Mike Wallace deceived everyone by saying that Iran wanted to wipe Israel off the map. Thats not exactly what Ahmadinejad said. They are enemies ofcourse but Mike has right to make stuff up

  • Its a way to take a "short clip" Out of context because the words, unrelated to what their origonal intent support your agenda.

  • Big business will exploit the Public's lack of knowledge in the law and exploit their own knowledge of it.

  • Viacom also removes fair use content all the time.

  • @Sexualwendigo

Someone better sue Viacom and provide the documents to prove their case.
