the side prongs usually are the same just like these, but i'm sure you can,just not on ebay, you would have to go to japan or china to get traditional sais like that. oh and i meant 330 us dollars in my last comment not 30.

no you don't you only need a licence to handle firearms, but i still wouldn't walk around downtown with a pair of sais or a katana lol.

umm on ebay maybe 25-40 us dollars. but because i got mine in Asia and they are sharpened i paid about 200 euros or 30 us dollars.
