  • @sumaya94. There are certain excercise that a woman should do while pregnant. example..swimming, leg and arm work outs. Nothing too harsh like running miles.

  • i thought doing excercise during pregnency can harm the baby? like for example running aren't you shaking the baby?

    i myself is not pregnant but wondering?

  • Again, another really well done video. I love how it's quick and to the point, keeping my attention, but still giving me all the important details. I also really loved the accompanying imagery.
