@chrisalexander21 are you really asking this question? he knows no-one is going to call with 9 10 to a pre flop raise so he knows he's ahead and is then protecting his chips if a 4 card straight comes on the board, he then went to slow play his set with the ace on the board in hoping his opponent had an ace and would bet out, then you would see a re-raise
