Liking the guitar and keyboard combination, was that influenced by John Lennon's solo stuff at all? Good lyrics, although they don't paint a positive message, it is an important one, and the instruments give the song an upbeat feel. Good work once again.
I guess I can't help to be influenced by Lennon but I'm not sure that's what happened here. The inspiration was more from an old Country Joe McDonald song and of course my own life experience. The more things change the more they stay the same. B.B. is still singing the blues.
Nice video keep up the good work

"...but the politicians couldn't hear the cannons were so loud." What a lyric! This song is truly one of your greatest.
