Trickle Down economics with incentives is now Trickle Up economics with no incentives to invest into the private sector (you, and me sector) why. Because the people with the money not have a new investment tool that has less risk, less cost, less employee hassles. Its called the derivatives market. ha,ha.
The financial system will crash at the time 'they' deem they are ready for getting YOU. No doubt its soon. I would encourage all to stay out of debt, keep your life simple and have a back up plan. God bless
starting to see empty businesses where i live in kentucky i have a friend that has had a business now for the past 8 years and his sells have cut in half he is strugling and there is another shopping center not far from him and the owner there offered him 2 years rent free if he moves to that location to draw in other businesses
This property has been vacant for just over a year. My guess is the outside starts to look like the inside. It will become bank owned and will be sold to the highest bidder. The prices in commercial here are still holding steady but for how long? It is now not generating the needed taxes for the county. I few months ago I heard the public schools where laying off 150 teachers, telling them not to come back next school year. If this continues long enough, we will see a different way of life.

Nicely done video, thanks!
The gravity of the situation does not set in fully until you show the interior.
