There are clear reasons for why this change is necessary. The fact that you are speaking sarcastically about the issue the entire video makes it clear that you don't actually have the capacity to grasp the importance of it. It must be dealt with seriously, and with an open mind, and with sensitivity to both sides of the argument, because dogmatic bickering and b**ching as you have so eloquently demonstrated here is clearly not going to help. Please, stay home and wallow in ignorance.
Many liberals are empty inside so they create these artificial 'struggles' to give their lives some semblance of meaning. What have they accomplished here? Nothing ...as usual.

Why don't they change it to Italian's Day. Those are the only people who celebrate it.
Either way, I don't care as long as I get the day off.
