I'm sorry to inform you, but there's no way out without using the no-clip mod.

I got out and turned no-clip off and the barrier around the building is a perfect box all the way around the entire building even under the map.

There is some good news all you have to have to do the no-clip mod is:

*some type of flash drive or usb storage device,and you can use a transfer cable if you have a hardrive.

*Then you'll need some type of hex editor.(Hex Editor Neo is what I used.)
