Thank you for uploading. A rare treat indeed. This is the only song of Anarkali that was NOT composed by C. Ramchandra. To make the long story short, another music director was selected, Basant Prakash, younger brother of Khemchand Prakash. For some reason, S. Mukerjee, the producer did not like his style, so he fired him and took CR back. The song is written by Jan Nisar Akhtar and is not featured in the LP record or CD.
