@DavidWMartin88 uninstall it and try reinstalling it. It may be that something was accidentally deleted in the process of installing it. Before you do that though, does the application work?

@DavidWMartin88 Im not sure, I wish it was though. What was the error message? BTW, peninsular campaign doesn't work for some reason, but the rest do.

I can't play single player in Peninsula campaign-when I click on SP nothing happens!!!

@K0nstantinosgr Doesn't work for me either, even though I have the peninsular campaign. If you don't have it, that may be your problem (although I highly doubt it).

this mod doesnt work with steam......If i try to run any campaign it says unable to find Napoleon.exe!

@acdcthijs i've never gotten a game crash. Just a bit of sound glitch every once and a while, but that's easily fixable by zooming out of the sound glitch area.

@acdcthijs maybe it's an antivirus thing. If you have something on that blocks external downloads, that might be blocking it.

@acdcthijs well, did you do everything in the tutorial correctly? Try again. If it still doesn't work because of this, tell me the error code like "Error code 5.2.3, something something something." If it does nothing and gives no error code, contact me. This operating system i used was windows 7, so windows xp might not work, etc.
