  • Ich liebe gute Blutwurst! In Bayern ist Blutwurst mit Sauerkraut ja durchaus üblich. Muscheln mit Blutwurst ist mir neu. Allderdings habe ich auch schon Blutwurst und Apfelmus probiert. Man man es kaum glauben, aber das würzige und das süß-säuerliche passt sehr gut zusammen!
