Whoa!! I didnt know Hernandez killed Ralph Pendlebury, no wonder Pulaski and Tenpenny killed him at the end, he was getting too unreliable after that. I heard so much about Pendlebury in WCTR and I wanted to know what was his connection to the game, awesome! Plus Rosenberg's ties to Salvatore are simple after all. Awesome story, and for the last time NIKO BELLIC DIDNT DIE HERE, he couldnt have if he was going to surface in Liberty City in 2008!!!! what the hell???

Also, there's a billboard with a guy that looks like CJ or something(Don't really know)and somekind of newspaper easter egg in a room in a building, i forgot which, they have a few references to other GTA games in IV

Bearded guy? Either way, no, the GTA IV (IV, LatD, BoGT) and GTA III (III, VC, SA, Stories) eras are not canon with each other, Niko also came to America in 2008, SA is set in the '90s.
