Illinois, Mich, Calif. Idaho, Virginia, N.H. etc. and always was allowed to go thru ORIGINAL records snooping, copying dates and info, but if I wanted a 5 cent xerox copy, they would make me pay $2.oo or $5 or whateve for a Cert. copy. Hawaiian clerk told me first hand how easy it was back in the 1960's. Geeez.

And those records went back 200 years in America and even father in Eurpean Church records,and they still existed. I watched the video of the court hearing itself, I want to know why the social number he uses on the tax forms is from Conneticut. His tax form flat out said 042. That is slated for Conneticut, was he born there or was that the place where he recieved his citizenship? Were those his tax forms. People need to realize why this requirment is in the constitution to begin with. Would you want someone from a communist country to come over become a citizen for a few years and then run for office.

The Historic Prohibition of the Constitution was against precisely anyone who was a British Subject becoming a President, even if the man was born in America. The Americans after the Revolution were still subject to the decree of the British Crown as Rebels and could be hanged by the Crown , if captured. So the Natural Born Citizen was intended to remit any British Subject as unqualified to be President, lest he have a divided loyalty and subversive cause to undermine the American Nation.

According to International Laws, including British Nationality Act of 1948, if your father is a British Subject , and not an American citizen, then the child born to him, is a British Subject, even if the child was borne on American Soil. The Father Rules. So the Legal Description of a Natural Born Citizen of America is that both parents are already American Citizens and are not themselves Foreigners. Obama can elect to be American, but is legally British and so is not Natural Born Citizen

@bulrydrdan You may think you understand the Law, but the Law does not have to be "Written" it only has to be interpreted and so understood , according to the Decision made by the Supreme Court in Marbury Vs. Madison. It is the thought that counts, not what is written. Now you may not understand the Law but a verdict is a little different than the opinions of the court. Illinois, Mich, Calif. Idaho, Virginia, N.H. etc. and always was allowed to go thru ORIGINAL records snooping, copying dates and info, but if I wanted a 5 cent xerox copy, they would make me pay $2.oo or $5 or whateve for a Cert. copy. Hawaiian clerk told me first hand how easy it was back in the 1960's. Geeez.

And those records went back 200 years in America and even father in Eurpean Church records,and they still existed. I did NOT need "certified" copy, I just wanted the names dates and stuff for my Genealogy work. $2.oo was a lot of $ in 1962. I worked for 35 cents/hr. Pt is I could easily access the "PUBLIC" record. Anyone could.

@williamjwagener the problem with this is that to get in front of a jury, you have to have a case. your presidents NBC status was settled with ankney (as was demonstrated by malihi´s notes). the cerified copy of the LFBC is admitted, and really there is nothing else you could find that would disqualify him. you have no case so how in gods name can you get it in front of a jury?

I watched the video of the court hearing itself, I want to know why the social number he uses on the tax forms is from Conneticut. His tax form flat out said 042. That is slated for Conneticut, was he born there or was that the place where he recieved his citizenship? Were those his tax forms. People need to realize why this requirment is in the constitution to begin with. Would you want someone from a communist country to come over become a citizen for a few years and then run for office.

Orly filled out a pre-signed attorney subpoena (which are usually given to attorneys during hearings...although with the understanding that they won't be misused...which would mean of course that Orly misuses them), with no jurisdiction outside of Georgia.

The Historic Prohibition of the Constitution was against precisely anyone who was a British Subject becoming a President, even if the man was born in America. The Americans after the Revolution were still subject to the decree of the British Crown as Rebels and could be hanged by the Crown , if captured. According to International Laws, including British Nationality Act of 1948, if your father is a British Subject , and not an American citizen, then the child born to him, is a British Subject, even if the child was borne on American Soil. The Father Rules. So the Legal Description of a Natural Born Citizen of America is that both parents are already American Citizens and are not themselves Foreigners. Obama can elect to be American, but is legally British and so is not Natural Born Citizen

The Constitutional requirements that follows "No person shall" amounts to a Restrictive List of DEMANDS upon any citizen to especially be qualified to be President. It would not speak about Natural Born Citizen, if that had a common meaning of anyone born on American Soil. The Original Intent of the Constitution was to bar British Subjects from being President of the United States. The British Nationality Act of 1948 was accepted in American Courts at law by Treaties to accept such a child as Barack Obama was in fact a British Subject, regardless of where on earth he was born, his father has status of giving British Citizenship by natural birth, to his son, and so the Original Intent was to prevent a British Subject from being President of the United States.

And I have never seen or read anything about the present set of SCJ making any remarks about the NBC clause concerning Obama. And unless you can quote an actual Constitutional written law that states that the NBC Clause requires both parent to be US citizens. It will only be an opinion, and yes believed by many.

Madison. It is the thought that counts, not what is written. Now you may not understand the Law but a verdict is a little different than the opinions of the court. As in many cases lawyers use opinion from previous case to make their argument and actual laws but no one has ever been confident of breaking an opinion of the law.

If the Court then lets the matter sit without adding an opinion, then BHO may not be on the Georgia Ballet, but if he goes to Federal Court, the matter goes to the Learned Opinion of the Justices, and that is how Case Law aggregates the gravamen of the Constitutional Requirements to be President. The squeaky wheel gets the grease.

I meant Abrogate, not aggregate, but maybe both are fitting, since the matter is in many state courts at present, If the Merits of the Legal Briefs are determined, BHO may not be on one state ballot or many state ballots, as the cases congregate up through the suits at law. Then the Supreme Court can hear the case as it did in the Gore Vs St Florida in 2000, that decided an election going to George Bush, Everyone has an opinion, but not the credentials to issue them.

First of all... Judge Malihi is not going to rule on whether or not Obama is a NBC. NO Administrative Law Judge would do that. The most he can do is make a recommendation to the GA SoS one way or the other.

Perhaps the time has come for the Constitution to let Naturalized Citizens be President, since the American Revolution and the threat by the British Crown was a very long time ago, But the Law is the Law, both the Letter and the Spirit, and that is why some people go to Law School and eventually are nominated for the Supreme Court, Until it is clarified, I think Obama was not really qualified in the traditional historic sense.
