We do need to acknowledge the fact that immigrants do all the jobs we don't want to do. Cleaning toilets, cutting grass... etc. I'm not saying we should just open up our borders but we should take responsibility for them. These are CRIMES and all of them should be examined and acted upon.
It's a CRIME to cross the border illegally in the first place. American people did all those jobs for a reasonable wage before illegal immigrants drove the wage beneath anything an American can sustain any sort of lifestyle with. Americans will do those jobs again if they pay enough to make it worth their while. I feel for the folks who are looking for a better way for their family and for themselves. However, they must do it legally! Illegal immigration creates unsustainable circumstances.
