Season 3 was terrible. It's a good thing the show got cancelled, because it was going downhill. Wallace nearly completely dissappeared as they tried to "whiten" the show up, and was replaced with terrible supporting actors. Logan and Veronica were pushed as some supercouple but they were dreadful together. These mysteries were uninteresting. The college setting was terrible. The first seasons had good plots and characters, season three was terrible all around. WALLACE you fucking bitches.

Season three was the worst of the three seasons by a mile. Veronica and Logan as a couple was TERRIBLE. Logan was terribly boring in season three. The complimentary characters were bland. Supporting characters like Wallace(most importantly) and Mac dissappeared for multiple episodes at a time. The small mysteries weren't as good. HUGE dip. The most pathetic thing is that they tried to push Veronica and Logan as some kind of supercouple. Logan went from a semi interesting character to a bitch.

I think Kristen says "Like a couple of Yokels? Yokels?" (which is apparently a derogatory term for country folk, and has about the same meaning as hick). It also sounds to me like she says Yopels, but I'm pretty sure that isn't a word.
Then Jason says "Carnies?", Which are people who work at carnivals.
I also don't remember the context of this outtake. Sorry that I couldn't have been more of a help. =(
