Thanks , this is a very rare Gibson Q-1000 Alpha series . They made them in the custom shop for about 1 year when Charvel worked for Gibson . That is why it looks like a Chavel . Gibson was losing alot of share in the mid 80's and was looking to get their part of the shred type guitars being made and sold alot during that period .
