One thing Julia neglected to mention is after you make the soupe de poisson, you have to STRAIN it, squeeze the juice out of the tomatoes and onion and THEN you transfer to another pot.

Julia clearly instructed this in the cookbook, but because she made her soupe de poisson in advance and already repotted it, she forgot to mention it.

Nonetheless... enjoy!
