To the poster of the video, a fractured C2 means you fractured the 2nd vertebra in the cervical (neck) portion of your spinal column. There are seven cervical vertebrae. The C2 is also known as the Axis. I don't know how rare it is, but the crash didn't look that bad. Hope you fully recovered.
