I'm sure that there's quite a bit of singers who can do stuff like that out there, but didn't bother to develop the whistle register, as frankly, in all of those songs in this video, I couldn't find a single one that didn't make me want to tear my eyebrows off.

After seeing this video it is obvious that they both have the ability to reach the highest notes each of the human species "male and female" can reach. They both are at "omega" level for reaching high notes. Keep in mind that a very old man over 70 years ago was documented to hit notes undetected by human ears. Sometimes people can do things that media does not catch.
