very good synchronisation - which camera setup did you use? how were they synchronized?

I am using the Fujifilm Real 3D W1 stereo digital camera. It's a single camera with two lenses - a genuine 3D digital camera and not a twin rig. The camera has a 3D video function in addition to 3D photo-taking capability.
