Nice. The glacier was in New Zealand? I was in Alaska when I climbed a glacier. I forget the name. Is Fox Glacier a very large one? Is it an easy climb or difficult?
There are two big glaciers in NZ, Fox and Franz Josef. They're reported to be the only glaciers in the world that are growing. It's pretty easy to get up onto them but the go on for ages - you can't walk the whole way. Although you can get a helicopter ride further up.
Oh, I remember when I climbed a glacier. Definately awesome. A little hard, though, because I had to wear my leg brace. I drank the water that was pouring down. That was the best water I ever had.
That narrow space would scare the piss-ants out of me.
I have severe claustrophobia.
