yeah this is in the minneapolis st paul metropolian area source discovery channel it wont let me put up a link so google head pressure sewer explosion
I changed the tags on info on this video and removed the Calgary references. Sorry about stating it was Calgary - I guess I shouldn't believe everything I read on the web. . . who knew?
That's not Macleod and Glenmore. I don't think it's even Calgary! If you watch closely, you'll see trees and a grassy blvd. There's no trees and grass at the intersection you're suggesting, not in the last 60 years anyways!
ya...if this is supposed to be the intersection by glenmore and macleod...where's chinook mall? i was RIGHT at macleod and stuck in some water..not at this intersection..and nowhere in calgary does a sewer cover of that size exist..nor does a break in the divider
I was told that this came from Calgary. In fact in was actually played on our news station. Apparently it is not Calgary - my bad. Regardless, the Glenmore / Macleod Overpass did have over 6' of water and was semi window deep. I'm just glad I wasn't wherever this happened.
In fact, you can likely see four or five identical video postings on the right hand side of your screen. All "from my hometown", none of them the same, none of them Calgary.
That would be because of all the EMAILS that went out. Tell me, how is it possible then, that this video was posted 7 months ago???? And, also, if you would like to put money on this, I'm in need of some extra... show me WHERE AT THIS INTERSECTION IN CALGARY YOU FIND TREES. You won't find any anywhere near it. Wanna bet? Or keep being a complete idiot?? Next up, read the comment directly below yours from the person that put this up.. SEE? IT'S NOT CALGARY.
Check out other Youtube video stuff about this. This is an overpass - interchange. It's not a 4-way traffic light intersection. The traffic camera isn't set to the right date/time. This actually happened. I've got a couple of buddies who saw the bottom of this overpass filled with about 6 feet of water. It was almost up to the windows of a semi that somebody tried to drive through.
What a bunch of SUCKERS. Funny that this video first surfaced on YouTube about six months ago!! THIS IS NOT CALGARY. Definitely check out other YouTube stuff about this, like the thousands of times this video has been posted, it's described 4 different ways for Calgary intersection wise, but also has occurred exactly the same way in about 10 other cities, hmmm.
Yeah this is Minneapolis Minnesota

That unnamed news station had to issue an apology.... funny how many people were duped by this one! Good on ya to admit it isn't Calgary.

If this happened June 5, 2007, why does it say July 3, 1999? Just wondering.
