Islam does not only give freedom to women but much more than that. It teaches men to respect women that includes decision to choose to marry whoever she pleases. But u know how it is, sometimes, the marriage is not allowed based on parents' judgment not b/c of religion but ego of parents. Maybe they simply don't like about the man their daughter loves so much. So u see it has nothing to do with Islam.

Hijab is an abligatory part of islam but it is upto a woman if she wishes to cover her head. Hijab is also an obligatory part of christianity where the woman must ocver her head in the binble it say in 1 Corinthians 11:6 that a woman that dose not cover her head must have her head shaved off. Try to reason with me as to why adoption is "haram"? The only reason i see is that our beloved "holy" prophet married the wife of his supposedly adopted son. I have no problem with that in itself since i don't consider that immoral but why ban adoption? When a man can have 4 wives with a single heart then why can't he have an adopted child?
