OK .. Regarding THIS video clip (of course VEVO isn't going to explain it )

At the start of the Arcade Fire tour last year (yes ... It began last July), and just as the new album was released, they began to advertise that VEVO was going to Livestream one of the Madison Square Garden shows, which was to be directed by Terry Gilliam. (see 'Unstaged') .... This clip was an ad for that live event.

It is also known as 'The Suburbs - Reprise' ... It is nothing more than a short musical statement
