  • 苔目又稱「米篩目」,是客家粄食的代表之一。好的米苔目是由太白­粉與在來米粉加冷水柔成的粿,經過水煮後製作出來的,鹹、甜、冷­、熱都可以吃,可說是一年四季的美食。因為米苔目是煮熟的,所以­要吃的時候只要用冷開水沖泡清洗一下就可以料理食用了。 :)
