First, there is no creme with the moka, doesnt mean coffee isn't good. Every italian household has at least one of these machines at home, they wouldn't if it does shite coffee.
Second, the music is typical "Tarantella" of the Puglia region in italy. I don't know who the singer of this version is, but here is a link to a version sung by the great Marco Beasly who i saw live in italy in parma last summer, was amazing!
