I've hit 70 on mine as well next year im going to upgrade the tires on mine and the engine to 250ccs it doesn't cost much surprisingly they charge by the hours and it only takes 2hrs they said it will only cost me 199$ to put a power kit to convert it

I also cut off the plastic bumper that the turn signals are mounted to and where you would place your license plate. I redrilled holes next to break light and put blinkers there. I took the plastic part i cut off and cut and shaped it to use for the license tag and driled a hold right above it and placed the light that goes over the license tag. Now it doesnt look like a scooter from the back, but even more like a motorcycle. I also removed all stickers with ease, might need a lil goo-gone thou

i bought mine at a local dealer, bikes overall nice. deffinately getting a 650r next year, i need the speed. these bikes are air cooled so on hot days you might have an overheating problem as i did. around 500 miles while driving on a hot day around 95F the bike didnt want to idle for me, so i took it in all they did was an idle adjustment and messed with the oil, fuel in the carb. for 1600 you cant go wrong for the bike. and they underestimate the speed, ive hit 70mph and im 175lbs

thank you for your enquirery, unfortunately, you can't ride it without a motorcycle license and yes you have to be 16. So, 15 and under with no license cannot ride legally.
