I liked how you used black gel as a base, I would have never thought you were using black underneath those colors! I think its a very elegant look;)

Thank you :) I know what you mean about the black base. Without it, the gold is very sheer...it's a totally different effect. I think without the base, this would be a pretty suitable day look. I am wearing OPI in Siberian Nights (I THINK). I will correct myself if it's another OPI color =))

It's a really dark purple color...it probably looks black on camera though. I don't know if I really like OPI though because it seems to chip very easily! Are you an OPI fan?

I actually do like OPI and I love Lincoln Park After Dark, which is also a very dark purple color that kinda comes out black but Im running out of it so I'll definitely check Siberian Nights next time, thanks;)
