im a sickle cell patient at well and im 27 with 2 kids. it is a struggle sometimes and i may get hard but keep trucking girl. I applaud u for the things u are doing. what are some of the things u do to ease ur pain
@purple8262 i eat really healty chrries peaches sald and fish can really act as a pain killer seriously and a banna can stop cramps and even energize u. i havent taken any pain med for a while bcuz of my new diet!!! but b4 i was taking morphine and hydromophine i would also use icyhot which is GREAT hot baths and heating pads.... but if u change the way u eat i promise u see a diff!! also cut beef and pork out ur diet they both cause pain fish cures pain google it

But I thought about T-Boz and how she always talking about it, then I thought of you! But I wanted too so bad and I'm so scared of niddles! But that's how much I want to help ya'll!
