  • I was told I had to purse my lips. Keep them tight on the edges, looser around the middle. But I tried and I couldn't get low enough, and I had a hard time forcing the air out.

    Is this vid showing that you can just let your lips vibrate free? Cause if so, I think I could do a lot batter.

  • Put can put them directly on it, or off to the side. That's how I do it.
