I think the closest 1/4 mile track is the Montgomery Motorsports Park (where this video was taken). I think there are some 1/8 mile track near Rucker but I wanted to run the 1/4 mile.
You might also be interested in running your car at the local AutoX. It is held on Hunt Army Stagefield every 2nd Sunday of the month.
@usarmyav8tor agreed. turbo an M3 and you get 9 second car easy. HPF stage 4 e46 M3 puts down 1104rwhp. There like supras, since HPF is new for the e46 m3, nobody yet has attempted to drag em. Full on slicks, with a redline launch. Cant wait for those vids !
@luckeycraig what?? new? theyve been out for a long time and plenty of people drag them. with slicks and a redline launch you can kiss your axels goodbye. if you can get traction you might pull off a 9 second quarter. ive driven a few HPF stage 3 cars..

Track temperature that day was 102 degrees with a DA of 2189 ft. 12.9 is not slow for a stock M3 in the condition it ran in.
I had a 335i too. It does not compare to the M3.
