Had a 65 T-Bird Convert just like this in 1970-1971 as a teenager in college. Red w/white interior. The only thing I did not have was the tonneau cover. I remember the top sticking, trip relays shorting and hydrolics falling apart. Otherwise perfect 390. Lots of electrical shorts however.
Very nice car, engine runs fantastic. I am searching for a car like this. I come from the Netherlands( Holland ) and there it is hard to find one with this quality. Every week I watch the program Overhaulin' with a big smile on my face. You Americans know how a car should look. Very straight, nice curves, perfect 8 cilinder engines! Here in Europe it is also very expensive to have an American car, but its worth it!
Hey do you happen to still have one for sale? I really want one. =]
