Yet Mayweather out classed Ortiz and out boxed him. Ortiz was over 10 pounds heavier than Mayweather, too. He had the advantage of age and pounds. It goes to show Mayweather is one of the most skillful boxers of ALL time.

The Castillo rematch was a one sided beating for Castillo and Mayweather can handle body shots better than most. He does twice as many situps as you typical pro boxer! More important, Floyd knows his weaknesses and he wont fall prey to them very easily. CLEARLY he knows what he's doing.

Ortiz was too cautious and likely Pacquiao will be too, but throwing massive amounts of punches keeps Floyd defensive and could outpoint him. At any rate, I think Ortiz still had a lot in reserve. There needs to be rematch to really know how he would have done in a full fight.

A cheap shot by definition is someone hitting you when you unexpectedly. So it would be like walking in the street looking at a Christmas Tree when someone randomly punches you and runs off.

Watch earlier in the 4th round everytime ortiz pushes floyd agains the ropes he tries to head butt him. Keep making excuses for ortiz if u want. So for him to take that punch on the chin, and the other one on the temple and still fight just proves he can take a punch. He was still coming forward to Mosley. You must not remember but Shane Mosley was in the center of the balco scandal and was taking PEDS. He was and is the strongest WW in boxing today. Mayweather has an abundance in skill and speed. However, heading into the end of his career, he should focus more on strength and conditioning, because gainig power does'nt take nearly as long as gaining an abundance of skill.
