In fact, if you go downtown Spring Garden road in Halifax on almost any given night (Mondays not so much.) you will see the streets PACKED TO THE TITS with people...

And we are a small city...

EVERYONE goes out at night time, that is when you fucking PARTAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAY!!!!

Even people who don't like partying, like going around the party areas... It's just basic human nature to party and have fun!

Main message of this video is "Look,we have lights in our city !" Except the propaganda had failed this time as one can clearly see that there is no light pollution at all. Clearly the rest of the city is sitting without electricity while Kim is showcasing "Pyongyang by Night".
