I don't agree that the ladies should be held responsible for any "clause" in the contract to play someone that is still alive. I'm sure that if they decided to do that against contract they would have just been replaced. It's all about money. No disrespect to the folks they are portraying. I don't agree with what you were saying on Lupe Fiasco's thoughts on voting. Just because you don't vote, doesn't mean you can't complain. If anything, it gives you more of a right to complain. He clearly doesn't want anything to do with his government, & yet he still has to pay taxes, etc. I understand what you're saying about the option of protesting against war, but people have been doing that for years & it's made no difference. I respect your opinions, but think you're wrong on this one.

Makael said instead of not voting at all, we should vote then protest the things we disagree. My point is protesting/picketing accomplishes nothing nowadays. I voted for Pres. Obama in 2008 and he sent more troops into Afganastan. There is nothing I can do now. FYI, Osama was found & was always in Pakistan!! Why are we sending more troops to Afganistan???

And we were in Afghanistan for alot more reasons than Osama, that is one thing alot of people miss when asking questions like yours. we are there to destroy the entire terrorist group, not just find the one man. And Obama said when he was running for Prez, that he as going to create a gradual withdrawal from Afghanistan. That would involve a surge to speed thing along.
