I love talking to the homeless in my neighborhood. They are some of the realest people, not like these business people with their noses in the air, and expensive material possessions. Take better trips. Couchsurf, camp, hike. There's no use complaining that you just can't stop working or bear to lose acceptance and security. Go on awesome trips, meet keen people, network. Maybe find a home share with several people, pay dirt cheap rent, live like a family, or like kids or however on only a part time job. If you live in the US finding a cheap house to rent is not hard. That's my plan.

My wife and I were homeless and she has a bachlors degree in business. I am uneducated. We got married while we were homeless. The whole time she could have went back down to florida to live with her mother. But didn't and we worked like hell to get out of that shit. And now we have emerged. And believe me as someone who was homeless I can tell you there is NO way these kids prefer this to a clean nice life, working a 9-5. If you believe this you are so narrow in prespective.

I road freight trains on the weekends in Texas and Oklahoma in the early 80's, and it was one of the best feelings I have ever had. I never cut luose because it is essentially a selfish lifestyle; God wanted me to help others, and I could not do it by being a hobo.

As long as you find a group, the experience can be a good one. Plus, a lot of kids technically have homes, but choose not to go back because it's a bad or dangerous place to be. People wind up on the streets for thousands of different reasons - it shouldn't matter why, just as long as they are genuinely living it.

Take better trips. Couchsurf, camp, hike. There's no use complaining that you just can't stop working or bear to lose acceptance and security. Go on awesome trips, meet keen people, network. Maybe find a home share with several people, pay dirt cheap rent, live like a family, or like kids or however on only a part time job. If you live in the US finding a cheap house to rent is not hard. My wife and I were homeless and she has a bachlors degree in business. I am uneducated. We got married while we were homeless. The whole time she could have went back down to florida to live with her mother. But didn't and we worked like hell to get out of that shit. And now we have emerged. And believe me as someone who was homeless I can tell you there is NO way these kids prefer this to a clean nice life, working a 9-5. If you believe this you are so narrow in prespective.

As long as you find a group, the experience can be a good one. Plus, a lot of kids technically have homes, but choose not to go back because it's a bad or dangerous place to be. People wind up on the streets for thousands of different reasons - it shouldn't matter why, just as long as they are genuinely living it.

Every single thing, a beer, a 5-dollar note i found, a book, was like pure ecstasy. You don't support a system, but are living off the system like leeches.
Take you clothes off; they're made in our system. Get off of public property; It's maintained by our system. Stop using trains to travel; It's fueled by our system. Start purifying your own water. Stop begging for money; it was earned in our system.
You're just making excuses to not get a job, but you end up working more than the rest of us.

I know these types of kids they think they are fighting the Capitalist system by choosing to be homeless but then they beg you for money, bum all your smokes, and bring scabies into your house. Rich kids "slumming" it to deny their white privilage.
Very few come from the slums or ghettos of America. They are suburban kids.
