the problem with the higher numbers\ed cubes is that they jam up way too much.

Mostly the 4x4x4

the 4x4 does not jam. unless you have a rubik's or eastsheen. mefferts are better though

It's not necessarily a "type D" so this rubixcubematt person says, it's just a chinese knock off of the v-cubes. Mefferts MIGHT sell v-cubes under a different name, but for now, the chinese 6x6 and 7x7 are mostly illegal (okay they used different plastic woo hoo), because they are EXACTLY the same. We'll see how the whole real v-cube vs. knockoff v-cubes dispute pans out :) I personally would pay the extra 40 or 50 dollars to buy all of the v-cube collection again than buy a knockoff.

kthx. I think that Verdes Innovations will sue the chinese cubes blind... and the quality of the V-CUBES is waaaaaaay better than any cube on the market (though the 6b looks better than the current 6), but till then, I'll have to do the "pi mod" on my 6x6. thx!

Hopefully :) We'll see how that pans out and definitely, the v-cubes quality is far superior than any other that will be produced. The 6b is just the pillowed version of the 6x6 which would be nice, though my 6x6 is just shy of being as good as my 7x7 with some mods
