Jeopardy, starring Alex Trebek has always been my favourite show to watch on television. Alex Trebek has a sense of humour. That's important in a game show host.
I loved the question about Presidents, living or dead, as Jeopardy contestants: After answering Barack Obama would make a good contestant, he's asked "which president (singular) would not make it out of the first round", he winces and hesitates: "No, I don't want to venture a response on that, as some of them would be more recent than others"
I can't think of a smarter answer clearly pointing the finger at George Bush without naming him!
It's funny though, Woodrow Wilson was also known as one of the biggest racists to be President. So I wonder how it would play out, him and Barrack Obama on at the same time....hmmmm
Some of the questions were stupid. The one about the presidents and his mustache were comical I would have asked about the preperations he does prior to a taping. I also wonder if he would be interested in being a contestant on celebrity "Jeopardy" and having someone else host. How much money is he paid to host the show?
Alex is amazing! I'd like to meet him and play a game of Jeopardy against a certain supercomputer. If Alex reads a clue wrong, I'll ask him to give the cue card over to me and I'll read it.
Alex Trebek, for those of you who didn't know, actually hosted a show very similar to Hollywood Square called "Battlestars", which aired on NBC on two seperate and short occasions in the early 80's. I guess he enjoyed doing that.
Alex looks fantastic for a man who is 70...I think he should re-grow his moustache...He's certainly one of, if not the best game show host ever...Alex seems like a very cool, calm and collected guy.
The graphics on the widescreen monitors looked colorful and beautiful, it looks like they're going to be used in the 26th Season. Great job on the interview TimeMagazine!

This was a great interview from start to finish. Alex Trebek is still very bright and looks great for a man pushing 70.
