konglish is not something that refers to romanization to korean.

KONGLISH are words that koreans use in their everyday language that is taken from english, not always correct though

e.g. steering wheel -> would be handle in konglish etc. ^^ no offense btw

no offense to you.... but, when we wanna sing a music in korean without be korean and without know to read the korean characters We search for "xxx artist - xxx music (for example) - konglish subtitles or Konglish subs"

At the same way We search for Romaji subtitles to sing japanese... or pinyin for chinese...

Romaji is a romanization... The way to read is the same that italian, spanish and portuguese.... (is different of english)...

Konglish seems like weird...but We can read if discover way
