The video is informative. Though the execise alone won't help you gain that body you want you do also need an efficient diet to go with. @jonnacv lets first make sure you are eating...4-6 meals/snacks a day...HIGH in protein... protein is soooooo important... next we need to use the clips for the booty that i have thrown together... cycle through them... do one every other day...and constantly try to add more weight to the workouts... get the adjustable ankle weights... 30 solid days of eating smart and quality workouts will improve your back side big time...ok?

I tried this workout and when i do the one lying on the floor i dont feel any burn in my butt/thighs my ribs just hurt :/ what am i doing wrong? And with the squat, i only feel the burn in my thighs and i feel that my knees start to hurt. Is this normal or am i doing something wrong?

I am a young woman with a pretty built upper body. I tend to gain weight in the midsection (I'm a skinny apple shape), but I have an ectomorphic lower body. My lower body gives me hell when trying to gain (muscle or fat) and it is frustrating. I know I can't 'spot gain' but I'd like to lose my middle and build the hell out of my bottom half. Lol. Is that possible?

When you're doing those squats, are your feet flat on the floor while they're in the 11 and 1 o'clock position? I can't squat without balancing on the balls of my foot :(

Well I would suggest thinking of sitting in a low chair...the key is to commit to the move...be safe...and push that butt back and down...and press the ground away with your heels...practice this...ok?~ahmad

You have 2 Options
1st Do what he said to do it will take 2 Years Minimum (With no change in Diet)
Or Start lifting weights (free) which will take a toll in 4 months (NO change in Diet)

@Kumagoro17 the burn is a feeling of warmth in the muscle being used... a build up of lactic acid... a chemical reaction of working muscles during exercise... practice this clip and my other butt clips...~ahmad

When you're doing those squats, are your feet flat on the floor while they're in the 11 and 1 o'clock position? I can't squat without balancing on the balls of my foot :(
And how far apart should your feet be?

@peachking86 GREAT QUESTION!! Let me ask you this....when you go to sit down in a chair, do you need to rock onto the balls of your feet? Well I would suggest thinking of sitting in a low chair...the key is to commit to the move...be safe...and push that butt back and down...and press the ground away with your heels...practice this...ok?~ahmad

@bboyberserk209 this will tone your butt...the thing about the butt and stomach regions...is that it is the number 1 and 2 spots for fat storage...so to make the area more defined you will have to shed fat overall first...which means a little more daily cardio and watch the starchy carb intake...replace with fibrous carbs...~ahmad

@Zubsis I would suggest doing this clip for the first 10-15 mins...then finish with that line up of weekly cardio clips for the remaining 30-45 mins...it will work...it always does...watch the lesson 2-4 clips too!~ahmad

That first move is Awesome,I was able to wacth myself do it in a mirror..I seen and felt where the but meets the back really get alot of work and with a good squeeze gotta lil hump..lol

@iiHOD it all depends on how well you balance the other things outside of the gym...like eating and rest... Your cardio is a must if you want to tone and shape the area...If you do this clip 2-3 times a week...really challenging yourself to find the burn with each move, then you should see results in under 21 days of consistent maximum effort...~ahmad

@litlkutie to build bulk in your butt region you are going to have to add weight...and work on consuming more protein...we need to build some muscle...and if you add the leg weights/dumbbells then you will see an improved size to your butt in no time...~ahmad

@superstarlish yes if you increase the weight you use WITH safe form...use weight that will get you into the burn zone faster...over a short period of time to build size...to stay lean and toned just fight for using weight that allows you to tolerate the burn for a longer time...a slightly lighter weight...~ahmad
