hps/ mh will give you closer more condesed buds, but you will save money w/ this method (electricity). You keep temps in check easier here, but HPS is ideal in my opinion. KUDOS to you sir for growing experience!! keep a green thumb sir!

how long does white widow take to grow?, someone told me 9 weeks, is that true? do u cut it down the end of the 9th week or the begining of the 10th week?,and when do u stop giving it nutes?

you should usually wait 10 weeks you can harvest at the 8th but if you wait longer you will get more of the white widow effect, more crystals.
