The song is called "love roller coaster" the scream was looped into the song to create the image of a rller coaster ride. It is a fairly chilling scream though. If it was someone that was murdered and their scream got recorded (which isn't possible since recording studios are sound proof), they would have simply edited it out.

just to save a few arguments and wrong judgement. the woman wasnt murdered shes still alive today. she was the nude model for the cover of the album pouring honey over herself and it stuck to her legs and the floor which acted like fibreglass ripped the skin off her legs and her career was over she recently lost contact with her family. she threatend the bands manager to sue them but he shot her outside the recording studio and the scream accidently somehow got cuaght while they were recording.
