I'm a TOTAL late night snacker, it's the worst!! P2 keeps me on track, but I'm nervous about my P3 transition, I might go overboard lol. I hope you get your weight down a little but it seems like you're still doing great Lucy!!! <3
oh and the glycemic index is why legumes aka beans are not as "bad" as starches like potatoes, etc. look at wikipedia glycemic index. I am so glad you feel so so great!!!
I just found your vlogs! Hoping your stabilizing smooths out I understand the carb addiction. I choose to steer clear of it in p3/p4 because when I eat them, I tend to flip out! I LOVE to workout too. It's hard being back in p2. I miss my workouts so much. Happy stabilization!!!
How fun to do Kinect for exercise. I have missed you glad you are back:) I was really enjoying exercising before it snowed and got too cold in the covered patio area. Now I'm in P2 and can't:( I love Mexican food, beans are so good for us and I am happy to hear what you said about them not being a bad starch. My family is Mexican and we have always cooked and eaten primarily mexican food. It's so weird not to have tortillas at every meal:/ You are doing great, keep up the good work:)
Hi Beautiful! I love the decor in your place! That wall is super cool! I know women fluctuate a lot more than men while stabilizing. I am all over the place...so frustrating! I'm always trying to figure out why :) Your exercising sounds great and fun! Also, interesting observations about your P4...I get cravings with starches too! As far as gains, if I stay under 1300 cals, I can eat starches & sugar freely...If I go over that number, I start gaining.
excercising more makes you want to excercise more! I feel your pain about feeling stuck, but just be patient until your next round!! You will really have to psych yourself up for phase 2, because it seems waaaay harder than round 1!
I love watching you. You have south energy and it's contagious. I need to save your vlog for the morning when I need more energy not when I am ready to go to sleep because now I feel energetic too

It's life, we aren't always going to eat P3 foods...Pizza, cookies, rice, it's all going to be around!! You're doing AWESOME!!

I also like the thing about thinking "if there was a famine would I eat this now."
I have also gotten the hope that I can get to a healthy weight, for the 1st time in many years.
Yay! I'm so so So happy you have stabilized! I was wondering about you for so long! When are you starting in March? Maybe I'll start the same time as you. I'm going to do a 2nd and final round to eliminate all the fat! You look amazing too! I think you are so smart for taking the proper break and you look so amazing! And happy! I'm smiling huge for you :D
