Karen died from not only anorexia but also from a failed marriage as far as I can see. According to chinese horoscope, she was born in the year of the tiger and her husband in the year of the snake. This has brought a clash in her relationship with her husband. On the other hand, her brother Richard was born in the year of the dog, therefore, her relationship with him was a perfect match in terms of collaboration.
