  • Love it! :-)

  • Great stuff Jeff, I thought it was a joke at first when I saw you ukalelee

  • @jamesmcmuzik

ha! yeah, that happens a lot.

ukes are a lot of fun and to be honest nobody's missin' my gittar pickin' .

i think i got more attention on the uke than i ever would have if i'd posted this song on guitar. thanks for watching and thanks for the sub!

  • love this song played it for my wife and she just looked at me cause im always telling her that

  • @tonylazenby1 thanks!

  • man, i don't know how you did it, but that sounded good with that particular intrument. hope you'll listen to mine.

  • @MrJasonmw1979 thanks for watching!

  • it would be awsome if ya can let me know your strum im a beginner and cant quite look at something and know the strum yet

  • @akpog4life sure. the uke is in the other room so i'm "strumming" on my leg.

it's down, down-up all the way through. just think "boom chicka boom chicka".

i strum with my middle and ring finger together.

    thanks for watching!

  • I totally love this song !!!

  • @bulbheadmyass thanks for watching!

  • Excellent! I've been trying to figure out how to get a "country sound" with my uke. Would you say a lot of it is theme?

  • @JokoLondo that and 3 chords.

the less fancy you can make it the more country/folk/bluegrass it sounds.

C,F,G with the occasional D7 for flavor? pretty dang country sounding.

    thanks for watching!

  • haha this is really good!!!! :)

  • @HalleJem thanks (and thanks for the sub!)

  • HOLY CRAP! This song is AWESOME! ! !

I might have to cover it, if that's cool with you...

  • @FrennisDaemon

  • Honey, that was just fine, absolutely fine! I'll be checking back for more. You're a good writer and....is that a little PLASTIC UKE you're playing? Just perfect! Thanks for this. It gave me a laugh out loud moment and that's not easy cause I watch the news.

  • I really enjoyed this one, Jeff! I wish I had your songwriting skills!

  • hey, thanks for watching!

  • great!

  • for me a good title is half the battle.

if i have a title, then get a chorus and work out from the middle to both ends, i can let the rhythm of the words suggest a melody. 90% of my stuff happens just like that. thanks ben!
