I <3 The Mellow Mushroom :) Once a friend and I counted all the mushrooms in this particular restaurant, yes the one in NC, and found like 70, probably more :)

Ive lived in Winston Salem all my life..Good to see the mello mushroom downtown..I really enjoy their Pizzas!..Hope to eat there again soon!..

Worst. Service. Ever. It took them fucking 20 minutes to get me a god damn water, 45 to get me pizza. The food was good, but I really didn't appreciate having to ask 3 times for them to get me a glass of fucking water.
