Jacob epilepsy falling, delay in response 10/01/10

WHAT i hate is people get these confused with faking seizures or fake falling makes me angry because it does look like there just falling BUT YOUR NOT THE ONE WITH THE SEIZURES !!!

cant you get him a helmet or something that looks serious for him to keep falling like that and hitting his head

@The91Ignite Jacob nows wears a rugby helmet, but still gets bruises on his back and legs. He is not falling so much at the moment but has other epilesy types to contend with

@scialtm1 He's taking a seizure, there's nothing the parents can do except stand by and make sure he doesn't hurt himself.

@scialtm1 Sadly we have only been able to try different medications, we are currently giving 3. We are looking at an implant like a pace maker called vagus nerve stimulation that may help.

@jamescole38 ask a doctor first i take something called ashlopen ( not sure how to say it so i will it by its other name XANAX ) i still have them but there are not as much but still i would ask a doctor first about it

This makes me sad, too. You know, I guess he doesn't know any different, though if he's always had them. There are some really awesome people out there with epilepsy. Keep your chin up, little dude.
