Toronto Firefighters Respond to 4-alarm Blaze - Part I

He is an off duty firefighter, that works in that district (I think out of that hall even) he was biking spotted the smoke, biked to the hall, let the on duty crew know. Because he knew some trucks were out of service he helped the first in crews. Toronto Firefighters live in and protect the community 24/7 on or off duty! Great job done by the first in crews even though they are understaffed!!!!!

the guy catching the hydrant was a firefighter from that same hall responding to the fire (but on a different shift) - right place right time.

Why is there a dude in regular street clothes hitting the hydrant???

@thetalentedm seemed like the dude was also a firefighter. I think he was biking around the area (@2:30 I think is his bike) and happened upon the fire. He was down with all the other reponders.
